All purchases made at Silverline are eligible for returns or exchanges within 7 days from the date of purchase.

To qualify for a return or exchange, the item must be in its exact original condition, which means it should be unworn and come with its original packaging.

2. Steps to Initiate a Return or Exchange

Attach clear photographs of the product to help us evaluate and approve your return or exchange request. Requests initiated after 7 days from the delivery date may be rejected.

Ensure that the original product tags and packaging are included when making the return or exchange.

If you are requesting an exchange, our support team will create the exchange order for you. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipment confirmation once the exchange order is processed and shipped.

Customers are responsible for covering the shipping costs when returning the product.

3. Refund Process

In the case of returns, the refund will be issued to the original method of payment.

Please allow up to 14 days to see the refund reflected in your bank or credit card statement.

We will refund the purchase price of the jewelry, shipping charges, and applicable taxes (if any).
